Product availability:
Our products and prices are valable during the time that they are visible on the site and when the stock of a certain product is available. In the event that a product is not available after a order is passed, you will immediately be informed by email.

If in the event the product commanded is not available, we guarantee that within the 30 days of the confirmation of your command, the product you commanded will be delivered, or we will propose another product that is similar with a price that is similar, or refund your money within 15 days after your original command.

You can also benefit from a purchase voucher. In the case of an issue of a purchase voucher, you can demand our customer service for the cancellation in order to be refunded.

All refunds concerning the problems of stock or cancellation of a purchase voucher are made by :
- by check no more than 15 days after the original payment has been recieved
- by bank transfer

Responsability:
The Sarl AKOUF’N 34 cannot be considered responsable of a non-fulfillment of the contract in the event of webhosting problems of the site, communication strikes or postal strikes, floods, or fires. In the unlikely event of a delay on our end, you will be quickly notified by email. In the event of a non-delivery or partial delivery, you have 1 month to declare the problem. After 1 month of the original order date, if no declaration has been made, we will not grant any refunds.

Guarantee:
According to french law, you have up to 7 days to return your purchases if the packaging is still intact and in perfect condition.  In this case, the shipping of the object is paid by the client and a refund of the amounf paid for the object will be made. If you wish to return an object, a demand with our customer support must be made. After the demand to return an object is made, you have 15 days to return the merchandise.
